Yen-Fu Chen BSc, MSc, MPH, PhD

Appointment: Senior Research Fellow, Warwick Centre for Applied Health Research and Delivery Areas of interest: methodology for evaluating service delivery interventions, systematic review and evidence synthesis

Background: Studied pharmacy at the National Taiwan University before coming to the UK for postgraduate training in biopharmacy at King’s College London and then public health and health services research at the University of Nottingham. From 2002 to 2014 he worked as a Systematic Reviewer and Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham and undertook systematic reviews and health technology assessments for many regional and national organisations including the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) on a wide range of topics covering medical technologies and public health. In addition he has undertaken research into the impact of secular trend for evaluating service delivery interventions. He recently joined the Warwick Centre for Applied Health Research to further develop his research interest in this area.
